NP, an XR content creative company (Co-CEOs Seungup Baek and Jihun Choi), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Deepmedi (CEO Kwangjin Lee), a digital healthcare specialist, to jointly pursue new business initiatives in the digital healthcare and wellness sectors.

This partnership aims to advance wellness solutions and create new business opportunities by combining NP’s expertise in XR and AI-based content planning and production with Deepmedi’s non-contact biometric signal analysis technology. Leveraging their respective strengths, the two companies plan to enhance the competitiveness of wellness solutions tailored for B2B and B2G markets and establish a collaborative framework for long-term cooperation.

At the core of the agreement is the advancement of a next-generation mental care model that integrates emotional recovery content with biometric data-driven technology. In particular, Deepmedi’s camera-based, non-contact biometric data collection and analysis technology will be integrated into NP’s spatially integrated mental care solution, “MUA’H Home.” This enables users to measure key biometric indicators—such as heart rate, respiration, and stress levels—in real time without the need for separate wearable devices. Based on the analyzed results, MUA’H Home immediately delivers personalized recovery content optimized to the user’s condition.

Moving forward, the two companies will operate a joint working committee and a dedicated technology task force to drive initiatives including: ▲ planning and development of digital healthcare solutions ▲ integration of data platforms ▲ joint marketing efforts and exploration of domestic and global expansion opportunities. Through this collaboration, they aim to broaden the application of MUA’H Home as a mental care solution and strengthen its expertise and credibility as a technology-driven wellness brand.

Deepmedi is a healthcare technology company recognized for its innovation, having received approval from Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) for its medical device technology that measures key health indicators—including blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, and stress—using only the camera of a smartphone or kiosk, without the need for specialized equipment.
